Overview

Odíhg Shmeri̊corbo was founded durring the late 15th century in summer of the year 1361, by Důkhie Edwardd. The establishment of Odíhg Shmeri̊corbo was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Odíhg Shmeri̊corbo's construction back out of the project. Důkhie Edwardd pushed on reguardles, and Odíhg Shmeri̊corbo was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.

Odíhg Shmeri̊corbo was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the late 15th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Odíhg Shmeri̊corbo is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature timber framed wooden shiethed or brick construction, which gives form to a very formalized, rational, expence effishent arcatectural style based on strictly symmetrical designs which universaly feature pitched roofs, shutters, and the occasional column or pilaster for a decorative touch.

Odíhg Shmeri̊corbo is buildings are speckled and packed arround crampt gravel streets with seemingly no patern to them. It appears as if the town's residents simply built streets as they pleased and squeazed buildings in wherever and howeave rpossible, creating an organic, frustrating to navigate, maze of a town. The town is protected by a renforced stone fence which sits atop earthwork defences, for some of the best inexpencive defences a town of Odíhg Shmeri̊corbo's size could have. Unfortuantly, these well-designed, yet cheep are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.

A look around Odíhg Shmeri̊corbo makes you worry someone might stab you in a dark ally for your boots. It’s not filthy, or dark, but the smiles seem strained, the locals seem to glare daggers in eachothers backs a little too much, and everyone is armed at all times. You may want to keep an eye on your valuables, and make sure you don’t wind up in any position of power.

Cultural Notes

A substantial minority of the locals are descended from foreigners alien to their local neighbors. They may have been religious exiles, economic migrants, indigenous locals surrounded by the existing polity, or a foreign settlement conquered within the relatively recent past. The locals may not be enthusiastic about being ruled by others not of their kind, and their neighbors may look askance at the way foreign customs or even laws may be maintained.

Odíhg Shmeri̊corbo's chapel was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used embraces individualism and experimentation. It emerged as a movement against traditional, classical styles and sought to make buildings dynamic and fun while breaking the rules. The style incorporated elements of previous architectural styles in exaggerated and whimsical ways. Traditional, conservative leanings were void in this era, with most scholars of architecture agreeing it was a time of “anything goes.”.

In Odíhg Shmeri̊corbo there is a constant smell of overcooked presumably ethnic food.

The Guardian, Graven near Odíhg Shmeri̊corbo are known to be more aggressive than normal.

Odíhg Shmeri̊corbo's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in summer and involves performance art to channel Illusion energies of tier 3 via chanting.

The operation was complicated by the officer in charge of Odíhg Shmeri̊corbo's forces was incompetent, and issue many foolish and-or unprofessional orders.
